HubChatComing soon

Every proposal, followed up.

HubChat watches your HubSpot deal stages. When a deal sits in Proposal sent and the buyer goes quiet, it writes the follow-up from the deal itself (who it's for, what you quoted, what they asked) and sends it on the schedule you set.

One email when it opens. Nothing else, and your address goes nowhere else. Reply and say what you want it to do, Ash reads every one at ash@kikaye.com and it shapes what gets built first.

In development and being trained now. Join the waitlist to hear the day it opens.

What your team gets

  1. It watches the stage, not your memory

Pick the stages that need chasing, like Proposal sent or Contract out, and how many days of silence counts as quiet. HubChat notices so nobody has to.

  2. Written from the deal, not a template

It reads the deal before it writes: the amount, the contact, what you sent and what they asked. The follow-up sounds like you wrote it, because it knows what you know.

  3. Stops when they answer

A reply, a booked meeting or a stage change ends the follow-ups for that deal. Every email it sends is recorded on the deal in HubSpot.

Set it once per stage.

Your HubSpot connection lives in Kikaye, so HubChat arrives knowing your pipelines.

  1. 1Pick the stageChoose the deal stages to watch and how long is too long. Three days after a proposal is a good start.
  2. 2Check the first fewStart with drafts you approve. Each one shows what it took from the deal, so you can see why it said what it said.
  3. 3Let it runWhen you trust it, let it send on schedule. It stops for that deal when they reply or the deal moves on.

Follow-ups that know when to stop.

  1. It stops when they answer

The moment a buyer replies, books a meeting or the deal changes stage, the follow-ups for that deal end. Nobody gets chased after they have answered.

  2. It says when the deal is thin

If a deal has no contact, no amount or no history, HubChat says so instead of guessing. A confident follow-up built on nothing is worse than none.

  3. You choose how much it does

Per stage, decide whether it drafts for you to approve or sends on its own. Everything it sends is logged on the deal.

  4. It is still being trained

HubChat is in development. Join the waitlist and you will hear the day it opens, and nothing before then.
