How to put a HubSpot dashboard on an office TV

Updated September 2026

A screen on the wall showing this week's deals keeps a team pointed at the same numbers without anyone opening a report. HubSpot has the data. Getting it onto a TV that looks right from across the room takes a little more.

What you need

  • A TV or monitor. Any HD screen works; bigger is kinder to the back of the room.
  • Something to run a browser on it. A small PC, a mini computer, or a smart TV's built-in browser.
  • A page that refreshes itself and stays signed in, so nobody has to touch it.

Option 1: a HubSpot dashboard in a browser

Sign in to HubSpot on the TV's browser and open a dashboard. It's free if you have the screen, but HubSpot's dashboards are designed for a laptop: charts are sized for a desk, long dashboards need scrolling, and the session has to stay signed in on a shared screen. HubSpot's own community has a long-running request for a proper TV display mode.

Option 2: a general wallboard tool

Dashboard tools such as Geckoboard connect to HubSpot and to many other data sources, and are built to be read from across a room. They suit teams that want many sources on one screen and are happy to design their own charts.

Option 3: a HubSpot-only wall display

If everything you want on the wall is already in HubSpot, a HubSpot-specific display skips the chart-building. It reads your portal, knows its objects and pipelines, and gives you boards that make sense for a team.

What to put on it

  • Won deals by rep against target, weekly and monthly: the one everyone checks.
  • The funnel, with the stage losing the most people called out.
  • Headcount or members against target, if you run groups or a membership.

Keep it to three boards at most and rotate them. A wall that needs explaining gets ignored.
