HubSpot sales dashboard examples for your team

Updated October 2026

A good sales dashboard answers three questions in seconds: are we on target, who is carrying it, and where are deals getting stuck? More than that and people stop reading.

The five reports that earn their place

  1. Closed-won this month against target. The headline number.
  2. Won deals by rep. A simple bar chart everyone can read.
  3. Pipeline by stage. Where the value sits right now.
  4. Deals with no activity in two weeks. The ones about to go cold.
  5. New deals created this week. A leading sign for next month.

Layout

  • Put the one number that matters top left.
  • Keep a dashboard to six reports or fewer.
  • Use the same time window everywhere, or label each one.

What to leave off

  • Vanity totals that never change.
  • Anything that needs a paragraph to explain.
  • Long tables. They are for laptops, not walls.

Dashboard on a screen

A dashboard is built for a laptop. To show one across a room, see how to put a HubSpot dashboard on an office TV.
